At The Barrel Mill, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help—within reason.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and unaltered. Here’s how it breaks down:

• Stock items (with no customization) are eligible for return but will incur a 10% restocking fee.

• Customized barrels—those with laser engraving, stenciling, or other personal touches—can also be returned, but they’ll be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Custom display pieces (built-to-order or uniquely designed for your space) are final sale and not eligible for return.

All returns must be approved in advance. Items must arrive back in original condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
