TANK

One Tank Pack per 250 gallons of distilled spirits, extraction time 4 to 6 weeks.

9 INCH SPIRAL

BARREL

One Barrel Pack per 53-gallon barrel, extraction time 4 to 6 weeks.

8 INCH SPIRAL

CARBOY

 One Carboy Spiral per 3 gallons, extraction time 3 to 5 weeks.

2.5 INCH SPIRAL

BOTTLE

One Bottle Spiral per 750mL bottle, extraction time 3 to 5 weeks.

*Dosage rates are a suggestion based on our own findings. To achieve your desired flavor impact, we strongly recommend running trial batches to achieve the proper dosage rate. It is strongly recommended customers check with the TTB regarding labeling requirements when Infusion Spirals® are used in place of barrels.
