- Heavy Toast – Smoky Caramel | Nutty Dark | Chocolate
Blends
- Bordeaux Blend – Combination of light, medium, medium plus, and heavy toasts to create flavors of apple, caramel, spice, and toasted almond.
- Burgundy Blend: A Combination of light, medium, and medium plus toasts creates flavors of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and spices.
- Rhone Blend – Equal amounts of medium and medium plus toasts to create flavors of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and spices.
Suggested Application
- One Barrel Pack per 53-gallon barrel.
- Full extraction takes 4 to 6 weeks. After three days, begin tasting daily to achieve your desired level of flavor.
