1. SPONSOR

The Barrel Mill Total Wine Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Shotgun, Inc., d/b/a The Barrel Mill, 640 Chinook Ave. SW, Avon, MN 56310 (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Total Wine & More, Visa, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, or any other third party referenced in connection with the promotion. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 8:00 AM ET on September 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 23, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and immediate family or household members of The Barrel Mill, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other organizations directly involved in the administration of this Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting:

and completing the required entry form with accurate and complete information.

Each eligible participant will receive one (1) entry upon successful submission of the entry form. No purchase is necessary to receive this entry.

Qualifying Total Wine Receipt Entries

Participants who purchase an eligible Barrel-Aged In A Bottle product from a participating Total Wine location during the Giveaway Period may upload a valid purchase receipt through the Giveaway entry page.

Upon verification of a qualifying receipt, the participant will receive five (5) additional entries, for a total of six (6) entries when combined with the participant’s initial entry.

Participants may submit multiple qualifying receipts during the Giveaway Period. There is no maximum number of qualifying receipt submissions; however, each submission must represent a separate, valid purchase and must include a unique receipt.

Receipts must clearly show:

• A participating Total Wine location
• The date of purchase
• The qualifying Barrel-Aged In A Bottle product

The qualifying purchase must be made between September 11, 2026 and October 9, 2026.

Duplicate receipts will not qualify for additional entries. Sponsor reserves the right to reject receipts that are illegible, incomplete, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, outside the Giveaway Period or otherwise cannot be verified.

No-Purchase Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Eligible participants may receive one (1) entry by completing the Giveaway entry form at:

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: Because qualifying Total Wine purchases may earn five (5) additional entries per unique receipt with no maximum number of receipt submissions, the final Official Rules must include a legally approved alternate method of entry that addresses the opportunity to obtain equivalent entries without making a purchase. The final method, limits and instructions will be inserted here following legal review.

Social Media Bonus Entries

Participants may receive up to four (4) additional entries by completing the following actions during the Giveaway Period:

• Follow The Barrel Mill on Facebook — one (1) additional entry
• Follow The Barrel Mill on Instagram — one (1) additional entry
• Follow The Barrel Mill on LinkedIn — one (1) additional entry
• Subscribe to/follow The Barrel Mill on YouTube — one (1) additional entry

Each social media action may earn an entry only once per participant. A maximum of four (4) social media bonus entries may be earned.

Participants must comply with the applicable social media platform’s terms and policies. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to social media platforms, unavailable accounts, technical issues or other circumstances that prevent completion or verification of an entry action. 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any responsibility related to this promotion.

5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, fraudulent activity or other methods intended to circumvent the entry process are prohibited and will be void.

Participants may not submit receipts belonging to another individual, reuse the same receipt, falsify purchase information, create multiple identities or otherwise attempt to obtain entries through deceptive or fraudulent means.

Each qualifying receipt must represent a separate purchase of an eligible Barrel-Aged In A Bottle product from a participating Total Wine location during the Giveaway Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and receipts and to disqualify any participant who, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment, violates these Official Rules or interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

6. PRIZES

Five (5) prizes are anticipated to be awarded:

Grand Prize: One (1) $1,000 Visa Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000

Second Prize: One (1) 2.5-Gallon Cocktail Barrel Bundle
ARV: approximately $300

Third Prize: One (1) Custom Barrel-End Display
ARV: approximately $170

Fourth Prize: One (1) $100 The Barrel Mill Gift Card
ARV: $100

Fifth Prize: One (1) Custom Stave Flight and Barrel-Aged In A Bottle Variety Pack
ARV: approximately $75

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $1,645.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of their respective issuers.

All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

Five (5) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or before October 30, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each prize will be awarded to a separate eligible winner. An individual may win no more than one (1) prize in this Giveaway.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided with their entry.

Potential winners must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, is determined to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to request reasonable information necessary to verify a potential winner’s identity, age and eligibility before awarding a prize.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, photograph, likeness, statements and/or prize information for promotional, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or notice.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact potential winners and award prizes.

Any additional use of participant information for marketing communications will be subject to the participant’s consent and The Barrel Mill’s applicable privacy practices.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

In the event of cancellation or termination, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the event requiring cancellation or termination, if appropriate and permitted by law.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration and operation of the Giveaway and selection of winners are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective successors and assigns from claims, damages, losses or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected or undelivered entries; technical or equipment failures; interrupted or unavailable internet connections; website errors; corrupted data; unauthorized human intervention; or other technical or human errors that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceedings arising from the Giveaway shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Minnesota, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and address circumstances not expressly covered herein, subject to applicable law.
